Politica de livrare a produselor/serviciilor

1. Informații generale

Această politică descrie modalitatea de livrare a serviciilor și produselor aferente înscrierii la concursul de Rogaining organizat de ASOCIATIA CLUBUL SPORTIV TRANSYLVANIA ROGAINING (denumită în continuare „Organizatorul”).

2. Serviciile oferite

înregistrarea participanților la evenimentul sportiv;
emiterea confirmării de înscriere;
furnizarea kitului de participare , număr de concurs, harti, materiale promoționale etc.);
acces la serviciile logistice aferente concursului (start, cronometrare, rezultate, clasamente etc.).

3. Modalitatea de livrare

Confirmarea înscrierii se transmit prin e-mail, automat, după efectuarea plății.
Kiturile de concurs se ridică în ziua evenimentului, la punctul de înregistrare, conform programului anunțat pe site.
Produsele fizice suplimentare (dacă există) pot fi expediate prin curier, dacă se specifică acest lucru în formularul de înscriere.

4. Termene

Confirmare electronică: instant sau în max. 24 ore de la plată.

Politica de retur/anulare

1. Dreptul de retragere

Conform legislației privind protecția consumatorului (OUG 34/2014), înscrierea la un eveniment sportiv reprezintă prestarea unui serviciu legat de activități de agrement, pentru care organizatorul se angajează să furnizeze serviciul la o dată determinată. Prin urmare, taxele de participare nu pot fi returnate după confirmarea înscrierii, deoarece locul și resursele sunt rezervate în mod specific pentru participant.

2. Anularea înscrierii

Participantul poate solicita anularea înscrierii cu cel puțin 60 de zile înainte de data evenimentului.
În acest caz, se poate returna 50% din taxa de participare, pentru acoperirea cheltuielilor administrative.
După acest termen, sumele achitate nu mai pot fi restituite.

3. Transferul înscrierii

La cerere, participantul poate transfera locul către o altă persoană până la termenul limită anunțat de organizator (de regulă, cu 14 zile înainte de eveniment).

4. Anularea evenimentului de către organizator

În caz de forță majoră (condiții meteo extreme, restricții legale, pandemii etc.) sau din motive organizatorice independente de voința organizatorului, evenimentul poate fi reprogramat sau se va oferi posibilitatea utilizării taxei pentru o ediție viitoare.

Politica de confidențialitate și prelucrare a datelor cu caracter personal

1. Operator de date

2. Date colectate

nume și prenume;
dată de naștere / vârstă;
gen;
adresă de e-mail și număr de telefon;
club / echipă;
alte date necesare desfășurării evenimentului.

3. Scopul prelucrării

înregistrarea și gestionarea participanților;
emiterea documentelor fiscale;
asigurarea logisticii evenimentului (cronometrare, clasamente, diplome);
comunicări privind evenimentul;
îndeplinirea obligațiilor legale ale organizatorului.

4. Temeiul legal

Prelucrarea se bazează pe consimțământul participantului și/sau necesitatea executării contractului (art. 6 alin. 1 lit. a și b din GDPR).

5. Stocarea și protejarea datelor

Datele sunt stocate în condiții de siguranță pe servere securizate, pentru o perioadă de maximum 3 ani de la data evenimentului. Datele nu sunt transmise către terți, cu excepția partenerilor strict necesari (ex. cronometrare, asigurare medicală, autorități).

6. Drepturile persoanei vizate

dreptul de acces la date;
dreptul de rectificare;
dreptul de ștergere („dreptul de a fi uitat”);
dreptul de restricționare a prelucrării;
dreptul de opoziție;
dreptul de portabilitate a datelor.

7. Publicarea rezultatelor

Rezultatele concursului (nume, echipă, categorie, timp) pot fi publicate pe site-ul evenimentului și pe canalele oficiale, în scopul legitim al promovării activității sportive.

Product/Service Delivery Policy

1. General Information

This policy describes the method of delivering services and products related to the registration
for the Rogaining competition organized by
ASOCIATIA CLUBUL SPORTIV TRANSYLVANIA ROGAINING
(hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

2. Services Provided

registration of participants for the sports event;
issuing the registration confirmation;
providing the competition kit (race number, maps, promotional materials, etc.);
access to logistical services related to the event (start area, timing, results, rankings, etc.).

3. Delivery Method

Registration confirmation is sent automatically by email after the payment is completed.
Competition kits can be collected on the day of the event, at the registration point, according to the schedule published on the website.
Additional physical products (if any) may be shipped by courier if specified in the registration form.

4. Deadlines

Electronic confirmation: instant or within a maximum of 24 hours from payment.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

According to consumer protection law (OUG 34/2014), registration for a sports event represents
the provision of a leisure service for which the organizer undertakes to provide
the service on a fixed date. Therefore, participation fees cannot be refunded
once the registration is confirmed, as the place and resources are specifically reserved for the participant.

2. Registration Cancellation

The participant may request cancellation of the registration at least 60 days before the event date.
In this case, 50% of the participation fee may be refunded to cover administrative costs.
After this period, the paid amounts cannot be refunded.

3. Transfer of Registration

Upon request, the participant may transfer their place to another person up to the
deadline announced by the organizer (usually 14 days before the event).

4. Event Cancellation by the Organizer

In case of force majeure (extreme weather, legal restrictions, pandemics, etc.)
or for organizational reasons beyond the organizer’s control,
the event may be rescheduled, or participants may be given the option to use the registration fee
for a future edition.

Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing

Data are stored securely on protected servers for a period of up to 3 years
from the date of the event. Data are not shared with third parties, except for partners
strictly necessary for event organization (e.g., timing, medical insurance, authorities).

6. Rights of the Data Subject
